Sardegna Ricerche Communication Center
The Center for Science Communication CeDiS, aims to be a vehicle to diffuse information and innovation system in Sardinia, especially on the development of identity, historical and cultural. In particular, the structure will consist of a showcase, a disclosure system and amplification of various levels of activities within the Technology Park and a center for communication of the entire research system in Sardinia, with the aim of opening up to a diverse audience the story of the proposed research activities. The key topics covered will be the Innovation and Communications Technologies, Biomedical and Renewable Energy, and in any case it will give space to all the activities in the park.
The architectural proposal is designed to meet the functional needs described above and in particular the flexibility and dynamism of the required spaces. The choice of using circles or portions of circles to define the functional spaces required is therefore to be understood in view of the maximum search flexibility and minimal hierarchy of interior spaces.
The proposed graphic design incorporates the guidelines that have led to the definition of the architectural composition, using its essential characteristics to try to create an easily recognizable coordinated image and still widely flexible and adaptable to the insertion of symbols or third party logos.
