"Marghine" housing complex
The construction of 50 housing units is localized in a run-down area of the urban periphery, where interventions of public housing coexist with episodes of uncontrolled craft activities and deposits. The lot and boundary conditions have led to a distribution of the complex around an internal pedestrian square. The morphological features of the new block deliberately do not take into account the randomness of the many pre-existing guidelines. The complex consists of three buildings that make up the side of the square courtyard, open on the fourth side toward the street.
