CIS bank headquarters
The project involved the refurbishment of an area between viale Bonaria and viale Diaz to create a directional centre including the new CIS bank headquarters.
The design concept is based on a regular layout, like the Marina quarter along via Roma, where viale Diaz act as a knife thus breaking the parallelism of volumes, closed on one side by two colonnade and by a kind of Circo Massimo and on the other by the seaside vies along viale Colombo.
The new headquarters included a public square and was connected with a walkway with the waterfront of Bonaria.
